When we moved from Georgia to Indiana, we knew we wanted to build a build a custom home but didn’t know what to expect from the process. Not knowing anything about Central Indiana let alone any of the builders, we chose Executive Homes based on the referral of a family friend. We’re sure glad we did!
After meeting with Pete, we felt completely comfortable working with Executive Homes to build our family’s house. Pete worked with us to select one of their existing designs and customize it to meet our family’s needs. Even with 56 inches of snow that winter, Executive Homes completed our home three days early, much to our surprise!
We enjoyed the simplicity of their process, which was broken into easy to follow and manageable steps. From walking us through the initial consultation to planning and design and the actual construction, we always felt connected.
When our home was completed, we couldn’t wait to walk through it. We loved every detail, especially the open tread staircase and the archway from the foyer to the main floor.
Working with Executive Homes was such a great experience that when we decided to complete a major renovation in 2019, we immediately called Pete to discuss our vision for converting the main floor bedroom into a hearth room, remodeling the kitchen and installing an elevator.
This time around, we worked with Patrick, who did a fantastic job at communicating with us and organizing every step of our project. By the time we were done, Patrick and his team almost felt like family. Even our dog, Luna, enjoyed having them around!
We love the spectacular kitchen they created (especially the bench built into the kitchen island!) and have spent many enjoyable evenings relaxing in our cozy hearth room.
