Located in Zionsville’s equestrian countryside, Promontory of Zionsville is a new community that features 2-4+ acre lots situated on a large lake.

No, we know everyone is on a different schedule and flexibility is needed. At Promontory, once you’ve closed on your lot, you have 2 years to start construction.

Zionsville Community Schools. It is also about 10 minutes from Saint Maria Goretti Catholic School and Interactive Academy.

Of course! Homes located on the lake have their own access for light water activities and those with homes on the countryside have private lake access via the community house and mini dock. The lake is completely private and won’t have public launch.
