Our Remodeling Process

Feasibility Study
An informal, no-obligation meeting at your home, we’ll get to know each other and build an understanding of your family’s needs for your renovation project. We’ll take any ideas, sketches, plans or photos you have for inspiration and share our approach to incorporating them into your renovation. We’ll also discuss your budget and provide client, vendor and financial references for your review.
Based on our meeting, we’ll produce an initial estimate and an outlined scope of the work for the project.

Design Development
Upon acceptance of our initial estimate with project and payment agreements in place, we’ll begin development and drawings for the renovation. We’ll conduct a full evaluation of existing mechanical systems, make product and finish selections and produce a detailed set of specifications with a final cost estimate for the project.

Construction Drawings
After you approve all our specifications and budget, we’ll incorporate any final plan changes into our blueprints for the project.

Pre-construction Meeting
This meeting will include your formal introduction to our construction team as we complete a final review of the renovation specifications and sign the completed plans. We’ll show you a detailed roadmap for getting your project from concept to completion.

Construction
Our collaborative approach from the design and planning phase carries forward into construction. Our goal is ensuring your renovation is just as you envisioned, with feedback and input welcomed and expected along the way.
